I believe healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Even in the face of heartbreak, we keep choosing connection because meaningful change happens when we are truly seen by another human.

As a counsellor, I’m genuine, direct, and emotionally present, working with people who feel disconnected from themselves or their relationships and who may struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, boundaries, shame, self-esteem, or intimacy.

My approach is relational, embodied, and collaborative, drawing from person-centred, AEDP, attachment, focusing, and parts-oriented work, and I often use metaphor, warmth, honesty, humour, and depth to help make sense of the human experience.

Together, we slow things down, listen to emotions as signals of what’s needed, and support you in connecting more fully to your intuition, desires, and capacity for richer relationships, pleasure, and self-expression.
